ADMISSIONS

Enrolling as an NAS Major:

Any student enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences at Creighton University may apply for a major in the Indian Studies program.

In order to enroll in the major a student is required to:

Successfully complete NAS 101 Introduction to Indian Studies

Receive a minimumgrade of C in this course

Posess a GPA of 2.0 or higher at the time of enrollment

File a declaration of major form in the College of Arts and Sciences

After you are enrolled as a major you are required to:

Complete a total of 30 hours of course work (10 courses) as outlined in the Major Requirements

Receive a minimum of a "C" in all courses applied toward the major

Maintain a minimum overall GPA of 2.0 for every semester you are enrolled in the program.

Students declaring a major in Native American Studies will be assigned a faculty advisor from the Indian Studies program
