I really enjoyed seeing the gargoyles and the chimeres close up. I have spent time before studying the mediaeval period, and this helps add some more information to what I already know. This site is extremely well-thought-out and well done. Thanks for making it so informative! Oh, the hand-drawn gargoyle was incredible, too :)
The tour was fantastic, I found your site to be very informative and well laid out. I think this is one of the best web museums that I have visited. I love the medieval period and find it to be fascinating. Even your links are great. THANKS!! :)

Awesome presentation! I particularly liked the "Where are the gragoyles? Here they are . . ." One confusing thing for me was table in the lead page where the headers appear to refer to what is below them. . .I learned a lot about my friends the gargoyles from your site. Musee tres informatif!!

I found this site to be very informative. I had been taught that the Middle Ages was a dark time. Now, I am open to different views of the Middle Ages. Thanks for exposing me to a different and fresh perspective on the Middle Ages and Gargoyles.

On the locate the gargoyles screen it would have been interesting and more informative to be able to blow up each section and actually see the gargoyles, in all their glory.

I've always loved gargoyles and plan to make some for my home. I plan to design my own but I like to check out what already exists. Kansas City, Kansas has a fire station turned community center that has some of the most unique modern day examples I've seen: sort of primeval firefighters!! I "streaked" through this time but I'll be back! Thank you.

I grew up in Europe and this page was a nice reminder of how special some things are that you used to take for granted.
Not particularly more helpful than my past readings and photography. It is truly difficult to find true substance in researching gargoyles. . . very little factual information on gargoyles and grotesques prior to the high Middle Ages.
