KINI Radio KINI is located 1/2 mile south of ST. Francis, South Dakota, on the Rosebud Indian Reservation. We broadcast with 57,000 WATTS of power on a tower 350 Feet High at 96.1 FM Owned and operated by Rosebud Educational Society of St. Francis.
