A source of concern for Native communities remains the use of names, images and traditions from indigenous culture. In searching the web we have come across some sites featuring items named for the Lakota themselves or for things Lakota. Other sites extend the borrowing by utilizing aspects of Lakota culture or religion. We present these sites below for our users to examine and evaluate-- keeping in mind the controversy stirred by this issue. The page keepers do not endorse or support any of these pages.
