Shrine Dedicated to Fr. Pro, S.J.
Located in a quiet corner of this busy religious goods store, visitors can take a few moments to kneel for a quiet moment of prayer in front of reminders of the Blessed martyr. A number of relics of other saints are also there on the altar for veneration. Store owners Carol and Lawrence LeLeux are always happy to talk about Blessed Miguel who has been such a big part of their lives. The shrine was blessed in 1998 by Bishop Tamayo, then auxiliary bishop for the diocese of Galveston-Houston and now the bishop of the new Diocese of Laredo.
