As his last request, Miguel asked to be allowed to pray. He knelt in front of the bullet-pocket walls and fervently prayed briefly. He kissed his crucifix and stood.

Como último deseo, Miguel pidió que le sea consentido rezar. Él se arrodilló dando la cara al paredón y rezó fervientemente por breves minutos. Besó su crucifijo y se puso de pié.
