En pocas palabras , escribiendo iconos con Ina, me fortaleció y me conmovió en cuerpo, mente y espiritu. Esto es lo que yo viví como experiencia pintando con esta técnica, donde primero rezamos, luego creamos los colores y luego nos asombrarnos de lo que se estaba descubriendo cada vez que se ponía otra capa de color. Realmente lo recomiendo y añoro volver a disfrutar el proceso de pintar con Ina. No es sólo pintar por pintar es mas que eso, es integrar tu ser a través de la creación de un Icono, Gracias Ina.
In short words, writing icons with Ina, it strengthened and touched me deeply in body mind and spirit. This is what I lived and experienced painting with this technic, where first we prayed, then created the colors, and then we watch and discover in amazement ,what occurred through the application of leyer after leyer of paint. I really recommend it and I miss it and wish to come back to enjoy the process. Is not only to paint for painting, but much more, to integrate your being through the creation of an icon, thank you Ina...

Sankir is the first layer of color applied,
a very dark greenish shade |
 After the Sankir, two or three layers of warmer
skin colors are painted |
 The layers of color on the skin area, are increasingly lighter |
 Zuce working on final lights and border lines

 Gold assist is done by painting the details with beer glue, and applying gold leaf. |
