
This, the original portrait of the "Our Lady of the Way" is an anonymous product of the Roman School done in the late 15th or early 16th Century. It is enshrined in the round chapel of the Jesu, the Mother Church of the Jesuits in Rome. The feast of the Mother of God of the Society of Jesus is April 22. Fr. William McNichols painted the image of Our Lady for the Le Moyne College Chapel.
