In addition, the Employee Relations Administrator provides guidance to supervisors and employees on human resource issues and suggestions on programs to enhance the working environment.

If a staff member believes the issue cannot be resolved by the mediation process through the Employee Relations Administrator, the employee may file a petition of grievance with the Grievance Committee.
