Here are a variety of ways in which you can contact me. The most efficient way is almost always by e-mail. I generally check my e-mail at least once a day. Phone is a second runner-up except that I travel quite a bit so I'm not always able to check voice mail. Third runner-up is physical mail.

Letters of Recommendation:
If you are a former or current student in need of a recommendation please read this instruction page. I also need a release of information form to be filled out and sent along with your information packet. You can get one right here in pdf format or in Microsoft Word format.
Reading Courses:
If you are interested in taking a reading course with me you must first visit my office and e-mail me to explain your plan of study. You then need to create a course proposal/syllabus and submit it to me. You can use former students' syllabi to help guide you in this process.
Incompletes:
If you need to take an incomplete in a course you first need to discuss the situation with me either in person or by e-mail. If I approve an incomplete for you in a course you must fill out this form, save a copy for your self, submit one to the dean's office and one copy to me. Please be sure to read the College Policy on Incompletes.
Morris K Udall Scholarships:
If you are a Creighton student, are Native American interested in tribal public policy or Native health care, or if you are a student of any ethnicity interested in environmental issues, if you are a sophomore or a junior, if you have a very active service record and if your grade point average is at least a 3.0, I encourage you to apply for the Morris K Udall Undergraduate Scholarships. Please contact Fr. Bucko, S.J., (bucko@creighton.edu), the faculty representative for Creighton University, early fall of the academic year. The Morris K Udall site provides a list of frequently asked questions to assist you in learning more about this scholarship and completing a successful application. The 2008 application forms are posted on the Udall website. The Creighton University deadline for a completed application submitted to Fr. Bucko, S.J. is Noon, February 8, 2008. Gertrude Lee, an alumna of Creighton and a successful Udall Scholarship winner has graciously offered to mentor students interested in applying for this prestigious award.
